I doubt Nikki made enough money because I'm sure I was a difficult buyer, I had a lot of specifics she had to put up with and it took us a couple months to finally close. She stuck with us and now we have a new friend, I hope she feels the same about us but I notice it's been quiet,....I'm kidding, Nikki & her husband John have been very helpful, diligent, professional & thorough while keeping a sense of humor throughout the process. We lucked into the right person for the job!
